Huntley's southern Route 47 corridor is located between Kreutzer Road and the I-90 Interchange.  The area is home to a wide range of national tenants and has multiple pad-ready sites ready for development.  Huntley's Del Webb Sun City, also in the southern corridor, is the largest active adult development in the Midwest and is home to approximately 9,000 residents.   Traffic studies conducted on this portion of the corridor indicate there are 25,500 vehicles per day along Route 47, and I-90 traffic counts indicate there are 62,200 vehicles per day.

With more than 200 acres with development underway, Huntley’s Route 47 retail corridor provides restaurants, hoteliers and retailers alike with dozens of high profile sites.
